I watched Iron Man 2 last year and was really impressed with Gwenyth Paltrow's body. I came to learn that Tracy Anderson is her personal trainer. Tracy developed her own technique of exercises that focuses on working the smaller muscle groups in your body in order to achieve long lean muscle and a feminine physique. I just purchased a few of her DVDs from Amazon and plan to attempt them very soon. Although, I regularly go to the gym, I think it's necessary to mix up your workouts. Find out more about Tracy here.
